整车CAN总线最大长度和节点数的测算方法

摘要 为了更好地在整车设计开发时,明确整车CAN总线最大长度和允许连接的最多节点,该文通过CAN控制器向总线差分发送与接收信号,建立CAN总线网络分布等效电路,推导出最大总线长度和节点数,从而为整车CAN构架提供理论依据,解决了限制CAN速度进一步提高的缺陷,并能迅速发现和排除运行中的故障,增加安全可靠性。此方法可广泛应用于汽车和船舶等具备CAN通信功能的工业产品设计开发及验证试验中,能够提高工作效率和节省研发成本。 Determining vehicle CAN bus network maximum length and node number is very important in the vehicle design and development. Between CAN bus controller and physical layer, differential transmission and reception through CAN bus controller is provided and network distribution equivalent circuit based on CAN bus is established, then the maximum length and node number is deduced. Thus, it provides a theoretical basis for CAN bus architecture of vehicle, accurately calculates the maximum length and the number of node, the problem that limits further speed of deficiencies is solved. In addition, it rapidly detects and removes operational failures, improves the safety and reliability of system. This method can be widely used in automobile, ship and etc. that can present CAN network communication function in the product development and its test verification, it is possible to improve efficiency and reduce development costs.
