摘要
在整车总布置时,必须对人体坐姿进行校核,保证设计状态下的人体驾驶与乘坐姿势为舒适的状态。通过结合相关SAE标准、规定及设计经验等要求,运用CATIA软件及相应的CATIA人体参数化模板,在具体开发项目中对前排驾驶员和后排乘员人体坐姿进行舒适性校核,保证了某车型前期布置设计时人体设计状态下主要人体躯干角度均为舒适角度。
In the design of vehicle layout, body posture must be verified in order to make human body in the position of driving comfort. The body postures for the driver and rear passenger have to do the comfort verification according to SAE standards, specifications and design experience using CATIA and related human body parameters, which guarantees the manikin angle shouht be a comfort angle in the design of vehicle layout.
