采用文献资料法、数理统计法等,对第26届女篮亚锦赛中国队与日本队决赛技术进行分析,结果表明:中国女篮平均身高与日本队相比具有很大优势,但在比赛中没有将高度优势发挥出来;进攻方面,中国女篮的两分、三分投篮数远多于对手,但命中率太低,罚球方面和前场篮板球能力很强,助攻能力弱,失误数过高;防守方面,中国女篮主要差距是盖帽和抢断能力较弱;中国女篮失利与年龄结构不合理,心理承受能力差,准备不足,训练强度不够,缺乏核心球员等有很大关系。

This paper analyzes the techniques of Chinese and Japanese in the final oi the 2t3th 1~ lISA Asia W omen Championship, the research shows that： the average height of Chinese women＇ s basketball players has advantage than the Japanese, but the Chinese don＇ t exploit the advantages; in offense, the number of the two-point and three- point shots is more than the rivals, but the hit rate is too low, Free throws and rebounds ability is very strong, assists are weak, the rate of turnovers is high. In defensive, the main gap are block shot and the steals; the defeat of the Chinese women＇ s basketball team has great relationship with the unreasonable age structure, poor psychological bearing capacity, Inadequate preparation and insufficient strength training.
