摘要
针对该制件为拉伸成形件的结构特点进行工艺分析,确定其拉伸、圆弧凹槽冲压成形、冲孔、载体冲切等工序过程和进行级进模排样设计方案的选择以及模具主要工作零件设计、模具总装结构的设计。
This paper analyzed the process of structural characteristics of the drawing forming part aimed this part,to determine the process of drawing, arc groove stamping, piercing, carrier punching and others,and the layout design options of progressive die,and the die design of main working parts and assembly structure.
