摘要
对1.6mm厚的不规则形状垫片进行了冲裁工艺性分析,确定了冲压工艺方案。基于CATIA V5平台设计了倒装式复合冲裁模,方便废料推出。模具设计利用了CATIA V5的制件设计与装配功能,提高了复合模具设计的自动化程度,有效地保证模具的设计制造精度,缩短了模具设计的周期,降低了模具设计的成本,提高了设计的工作效率。
On the 1.6 mm thick irregular shape gasket blanking process analysis, the stamping process scheme is determined. Based on CATIA V5 platform designed the inversion type compound blanking die, convenient waste, Die design using the function of CATIA V5 parts design and assembly, enhance the automation of the compound die design, die design and manufacture of precision can be guaranteed effectively, shorten the cycle of die design, reduce the cost of the die design, improve the efficiency of the design.
