摘要
根据便携式CD机前盖塑件的结构特点及工艺要求,分析其成型工艺性,对其注射成型模具进行设计。分型面选在不影响塑件外观的最大截面处,动模侧脱模。成型零件选用整体嵌入式结构,塑件上的侧凹选用单斜销滑块式外抽芯结构进行抽芯,进行一模两腔平衡布局。模具整体结构紧凑,模架受力平衡,效果良好。
According to the structure characteristics and process requirements of the portable CD player front cover plastic parts, analyzes its molding process, and designs its injection mold. The parting surface is designed in the largest section,so it doesn't affect the appearance of plastic parts.The plastic parts is demoulded in the moving mold side, the molding parts is designed with the integral embedded structure, and the side concave of the plastic part is demoulded by a single pin slide block core-pulling structure. The balance layout is obtained by a mold with two cavities structure.The overall structure of the mold is compact, the stress of mold base is balance and the result is good.
