摘要
介绍了手机壳上面板的三维实体扫描过程、点的拟合、手机壳各位置曲线的创建、UG形成实体模型等内容,以及建模形成后进行塑件的分型,并利用UG的分模技术设计型芯型腔。最后形成一整套完整的三维模具图,并生成二维装配图和零件图。
This paper introduces mobile phone shell mosaic, main process template shell 3D scanning and point of the mobile phone shell each position curves, the formation of UG entity model etc. After the formation of the need for modeling of plastic parts, and manufacture of core and cavity entity using the parting technology of UG. Finally, form a complete set of 3D die drawing, finally to generate 2D assembly drawing and the design requirements.
