摘要
对化学分析课程从课程设计理念、课程设计原则、课程培养目标、考核评价体系设计四个方面进行了改革,将课程内容与要求分成4个知识模块和18项工作任务,并按照过程与目标相结合、理论与实践一体化评价方式进行教学评价,收到了较好的教学效果.
Chemical analysis is basic for chemical food detection and management, whose objective is cultivation of the vocational and professional quality for learners. Likewise, the teaching process should follow the principle of adequate integration of teaching, learning and doing. The teaching reform is further needed for the conception, contents and methodological evaluations.
