摘要
目前高职院校辅导员队伍存在人员不稳定、职业发展通道不畅、学科结构不合理、职业认同感低等问题,应通过科学合理选聘配备制度,完善辅导员队伍培养体系,完善考核激励机制等措施,进一步加强辅导员队伍建设,提高辅导员的能力和水平,推动学院的可持续发展.
Vocational college counselors demonstrate their uncertainty regarding career development, diseiplinary structure, and low professional consensus. Hence, a scientific and reasonable hiring system is needed to improve the construction of counselor team in order to improve their working proficiency and promote the sustainable development of the colleges.
