基于分层加权综合评估法的整个震区铁路隧道震害评估技术研究

摘要 铁路作为国家基础设施的重要组成部分,铁路隧道在山区或地铁工程中所占的比例越来越大,结构形式也是多种多样,震后灾害损失程评估工作难度大,尤其是定量的评估灾害损失更是困难.本文从铁路隧道结构构造角度,总结了单线单洞式、单线双洞式、双线双洞式三种常见铁路隧道形式,运用分层加权综合评估法建立了层次结构模型,计算了多种结构形式(如:衬砌包含曲墙式衬砌、直墙式衬砌、装配式衬砌、锚喷式衬砌和复合式衬砌)的权重值,计算了铁路隧道的震害指数,引入破坏比、损失比等概念,同时考虑了不同类型铁路隧道的影响因素,进行震害经济损失评估.研究表明:采用分层加权综合评估法可体现铁路隧道的结构层次特点和各个组成部分的重要程度,基于此可对整个震区常见类型铁路隧道震害经济损失进行评估,较为快速、合理,适用性强. Railway is an important part of national infrastructure and the proportion of railway tunnels in mountainous area or subway engineering has become larger and larger,the structure forms are also varied.Therefore,the earthquake disaster loss assessment work is difficult,especially the quantitative assessment of disaster losses is more difficult.In this paper,from the perspective of railway tunnel structure,the general characteristics of three common forms of railway tunnel are summarized,which are one-hole one-track type,one-hole two-tracks type,and two-holes two-tracks type.The hierarchical structure model has been established using the hierarchical weighted comprehensive evaluation method and the weight values of many structure types have been calcu-lated,(Such as:lining contains curved wall lining,straight wall lining,prefabricated tunnel lining, rockbolt and shotcrete lining and composite lining).Also the earthquake damage index of railway tunnel have been calculated,Introducing the concepts of damage ratio and loss ratio and so on.At the same time,the earthquake economic loss has been assessed considering the influence factors of the different types of railway tunnel.It had been showed that the hierarchical weighted compre-hensive assessment method can reflect the structure hierarchical characteristics of the railway tun-nel and the importance degree of the various components,based on this results the earthquake eco-nomic loss of the common types railway tunnel can be assessed,which is relatively fast,reasonable and the applicability.is high.
