摘要
主要针对现浇混凝土,尤其是高性能混凝土,提出并设计了一种导管式混凝土高温蒸汽养护装置,解决施工现场现浇混凝土构件高温养护的问题.对比分析了本装置对应的导管缠绕法蒸汽养护和其他方式的蒸汽养护的适用范围、技术特点和经济性能等,对普通现浇混凝土构件、预制混凝土构件及高性能混凝土构件的蒸汽养护装置的开发具有借鉴意义和参考价值.
A high-temperature steam curing device was presented and designed for situ concrete,espe-cially high-performance concrete,to solve the problem of high-temperature steam curing in the construction site for concrete components.Steam curing methods of catheter winding correspond-ing to the device and other curing methods were comparatively analyzed.Comparative parameters were scope,technical features and economic performance etc.The device would be of reference and value for steam curing devices of ordinary cast concrete members,precast concrete members and high performance concrete members.
