Research on Construction Technology of Large-diameter Water Supply Pipe

针对大直径供水钢管焊接难度大的问题,采用新型的钢管转动对接装置,将焊缝转动到任意方便操作的角度,能够高效、优质的完成钢管转动焊接.通过研究大直径供水钢管施工技术,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益,并在本工程的相邻标段也推广应用.

Aiming at the problem of difficult welding of large-diameter water pipe,new type of steel pipe rotation docking device is used,by which the welding can be rotated to any angle for the con-venient operation and rotating welding of steel pipe can be completed with high efficiency and high quality.In this paper,the construction technology of large-diameter steel pipe for water supply is studied.This technology has obtained good economic benefit and social benefit,which can also be applied in the proj ect of the adj acent blocks.
