河北省水生态环境状况浅析

水是生态之基和特殊的生态资源,改善水生态环境的关键在于充足的水资源.河北省作为典型的资源型缺水省份,水生态环境呈现河湖干涸、湿地萎缩、泉水断流、地下水位持续下降等恶化状况,主要在于降水分布不均、地下水超采严重、水资源不断调出、用水结构不合理等原因,提出了开辟水源、加强水功能区管理、实施地下水压采、搞好水源地涵养保护等解决措施.

water is not only the ecological base,but also special ecological resources.the key to improve the ecological environment of water is sufficient water resources.Hebei Province as a typical water scarcity,water ecological environment of rivers and lakes,shrinking of wetland,appear dry springs,groundwater level decline worsening situation,mainly lies in the uneven distribution of precipitation,the serious over exploitation of groundwater,water resources,water constantly out of unreasonable structure and other reasons,put forward to open water,strengthen the manage-ment of water function zone,implementation of underground mining,do a good j ob of water con-servation as protection measures.
