女子铅球运动员最后用力阶段的技术特征分析

Technical Characteristics Analysis of Women's Shot in Final Exertion

以3名女子铅球运动员为研究对象,运用文献资料法、走访法、三维摄像解析法和比较法来分析她们在推铅球最后用力阶段的技术特征。研究得出:在最后用力阶段,3名运动员身体重心、最高速度低,并且出现的过早,铅球速度陡然上升的时机不同;右腿用力顺序不合理。最后用力阶段铅球做功时间少,做功距离过短;出手高度合适,出手速度慢。

With three women＇s shot put athletes in our country as the research object, by using the method of literature review, visiting, camera analytic method and comparative method to analyze the final stage of shot put technique characteristics. The result show that the three athletes body centre of gravity is the highest speed is low and the early to rise abruptly shot speed in different time. Right leg strength order is not reasonable. The athlete throw the shot out highly appropriate, but the shot speed is slow.
