转基因食品及其安全性问题浅析

A Brief Analysis of Genetically Modified Food and Its Security

摘要 随着生命科学与生物转基因技术飞速发展,人类的生活正受到转基因技术的影响越来越大,转基因食品也在人类粮食中占有越来越大的比重。同时,转基因食品及其安全性问题也在世界范围内引起了广泛的关注与讨论。通过对转基因食品的原理与技术的分析,其安全性问题存在一定争议。转基因食品的毒性、过敏反应和营养等问题目前还没有得到彻底解决,所以我们在大力发展生物技术的同时,还要建立食品安全制度和完善转基因食品的标识方法。在转基因食品的安全性还未得出答案之前,我们仍应当对其持谨慎的态度,尽量避免过多食用转基因食品。 With the rapid development of life science and biotechnology, human life is becoming more and more affected by the transgenic technology. At the same time, more and more people start to pay attention to the genetically modified food, its security problem is also caused wide discussion in the world. The toxicity of GM food, allergic reaction and nutrition have not been completely resolved. We should establish a food safety system and improve the identification method of genetically modified food. Before the safety of genetically modified food has not come to the answer, we should still be cautious about it.
