摘要
为提高食品微生物学实验教学效果,探讨了构建模块化实验教学的原则,设计了包含基础、综合、创新性实验有机统一的模块化教学体系,使教学内容系统化、层次化和多样化。基于模块化的食品微生物学实验改革,激发了学生的实验兴趣和主观能动性,提高了学生的综合实践能力,培养了学生的创新意识,取得了良好的教学效果。
To heighten teaching effect of food microbiology experiment, we have discussed the principles of contents of courses to establish modularized experiments, and then devise organically unified teaching system, which enables the contents to be systematized, hierarchical and diverse. We stimulate students' interest in experiment and subjective initiative to improve comprehensive ability in practice and cultivate the sense of innovation. The results show that we have achieved good teaching effect.
