摘要
以1991-2012年唐山市相关数据为基础,采用向量自回归模型对招商引资与区域经济增长之间的动态关系进行实证检验,发现：招商引资与区域经济增长之间存在长期均衡关系,且二者存在互为反馈的因果关系,正向响应明显。因此,未来招商引资工作须进一步明确和规范政府的角色定位、积极探索和创新市场化招商引资道路、优化招商引资环境与服务、将招商引资规划与地区经济社会发展规划有机结合。
Investment promotion and economic growth are a process of interaction. By using the regression model, we took Tangshan City as an example and made qualitative analysis. We found that there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between investment promotion and regional economic growth, and they interact as both cause and effect, positively responding to each other. Therefore, to promote investment in future, government must clarify and standardize its own role, actively explore market-oriented path of investment promotion, optimize investment environment and services, and combine the investment promotion planning with regional development.
