摘要
目的:了解居室装修中使用不同人造板室内甲醛的污染水平,分析其污染来源。方法:根据装修时所用材料的不同,选择贵阳市新装修居室12户,面积均为120m2,其中:使用酚醛树脂板材的6户,脲醛树脂的6户,甲醛的测定按居住区大气中甲醛卫生检验标准方法(GB/T16129-1995)中AHMT分光光度法。结果:酚醛树脂组中甲醛的检测结果为:第1次0.01~0.065(mg/m3)超标数0户;第2次:0.01~0.075(mg/m3)超标数0户;第3次:0.01~0.075(mg/m3)超标数0户;脲醛树脂组中甲醛的检测结果为:第1次:0.04~1.51(mg/m3)超标数5户;第2次:0.02~1.43(mg/m3)超标数5户;0.02~1.43(mg/m3)超标数4户;第3次:组间比较差异有统计学意义(F=8.22,P〈0.05)。结论:新装修居室内甲醛含量均存在不同程度的超标,主要是装修时所用材料的不同而引起室内甲醛浓度的差异。
Purpose: This work investigates the formaldehyde pollution level of different types of man-made polystyrene boards used for indoor-decoration, and analyzed the pollution sources. Method: According to different kinds of materials used for indoor-decoration, the 12 newly decorated families with 120 em2 were chosen as analyzed samples in Guiyang city, In this work, half of families used Phenol-formaldehyde resin based boards, and the others used boards made of urea formaldehyde resin. The method for detection of formaldehyde in residential areas is according to AHMT spectrometry meth- od of formaldehyde health detection standards method (GB/T16129-1995) in residential area. Results:The testing formal- dehyde contents in Phenol-formaldehyde boards : first : 0.01 - 0.065 (mg/m3) over standard : 0 family ; second : 0.01 - 0.075 (mg/m3) over standard : 0 family ; third : 0.01 ~ 0.075 (mg/m3) over standard : 0 famly. The testing formaldehyde contents in urea formaldehyde resin: first: 0.04 - 1.51 (mg/m3) over standard: 5 families; second: 0.02 - 1.43 (mg/m3) over stan- dard: 4 families; third: statistical significanees of comparative deviation between two groups (F=8.22, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclu- sions:The formaldehyde content in newly decorated room are all above standards at different degrees, which mainly arise from the used different kinds of decorate materials.
