不孕妇女子宫肌瘤剔除术后妊娠影响因素分析

Research of Influence Factors of Infertile Women after Myomectomy

【目的】探讨不孕妇女子宫肌瘤剔除术后妊娠影响因素。【方法】选择2010年1月至2013年12月在本院进行子宫肌瘤剔除术的不孕患者85例，根据患者术后的妊娠状态分为妊娠组和非妊娠组。比较两组患者的基本资料、肌瘤特征，采用单因素分析和Logistic回归分析术后妊娠影响因素。【结果】85例子宫肌瘤患者术后有51例自然妊娠，妊娠率为68．63％。不孕妇女子宫肌瘤剔除术后妊娠与患者年龄、不孕年龄有关（P〈0．05）；Logistic多元回归分析显示不孕年限、宫腔变形、患者年龄是不孕妇女子宫肌瘤剔除术后妊娠的独立影响因素（P〈0．05）。【结论】不孕妇女子宫肌瘤剔除术后妊娠率明显提高，不孕年限、宫腔变形、患者年龄是其术后妊娠的影响因素，建议患者应尽早接受治疗。

[Objective]To investigate the influencing factors of pregnancy after uterine myoma removal in infertile women.[Methods]Eighty-five infertile patients who had myomectomy in our hospital between January 2010 and December 2013 were selected and were divided into pregnancy group and non pregnancy group ac- cording to postoperative state of patients. Basic information and myoma features of two-group patients were compared, and single factor analysis and Logistic regression were used to analyze its influencing factors. [Results]In 85 cases of uterine fibroids, 51 eases obtained natural pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was 68.63%. Pregnancy of infertile woman after myomectomy was associated with age and infertility duration （ P 〈0.05） ; Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that the duration of infertility, the deformation of the uterine cavity and the age of the patients were the independent influencing factors （ P 〈0.05）.[Conclusion] The pregnan- cy rate of infertility women after myomeetomy increased significantly. Infertility duration, uterine cavity de- formation and patient＇s age are the influence factors of the pregnancy after operation. It is recommended that patients should be treated as early as possible.
