摘要
从实施弹性退休制度的必要性出发,对现存的退休制度进行了剖析,指出我国的退休制度在老龄问题全球化、养老资源缺乏的大背景下,现行退休制度存在的弊病与漏洞,为真正实施弹性退休制度提出了合理性的建议。
Starting from the tirement system, indicates necessity of implementing elastic retirement system, this paper analyzes the existing reflaws and loopholes existing in the current retirement system in China under the background of global aging problem and lack of endowment resources, and gives reasonable advice for the real implementation of elastic retirement system.
