建国初期榆林专区党的廉政建设的实践与启示

中国共产党领导中国人民从革命、建设和改革一路走来,取得辉煌成就离不开党的建设。廉政建设是党的建设的重要课题和基础性工程。十八大以来,习近平为总书记的党中央更是把党的廉政建设提到关系党和国家生死存亡的高度来认识。建国初期是党的廉政建设的一个重要时期,建国初期的榆林专区廉政建设具有一定的代表性,同时也具有一定的特殊地域特色。研究榆林专区党的廉政建设,总结其历史经验,对我们当前党的廉政建设具有重要启示。

The Communist Party of China （CPC） achieve splendid achievements along with the construction of CPC from people＇ s revolution to construction and reform. The construction of incorrupt government is an important subject and basic project of the construction of CPC. Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, the CPC Central Committee with general secretary Xi Jinping, has recognized that the incorrupt government construction of CPC should be regarded as the vital importance of the party and the state. The beginning of PRC is an important period of the incorrupt government construction, of which at Yulin Prefecture is a representative, and has certain special geographical characteristics simultaneously. The study of incorrupt government construction of CPC at Yulin Prefecture and its historical experience summary have important enlightenment for that of CPC currently.
