男性慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者血清MMP-9、TNF-α与骨转化指标的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between serum MMP-9,TNF-α and bone turnover markers in male patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的探讨男性慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者血清MMP-9、TNF-α与骨转化指标的关系。方法选择杭州师范大学附属医院男性稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者90例作为研究对象,根据骨密度分为骨质疏松组、低骨量组和正常骨量组,比较3组患者血清MMP-9、TNF-α与骨转化指标水平及其相关性。结果骨质疏松组的骨密度均明显低于低骨量组和正常骨量组(P<0.05),低骨量组的骨密度均明显低于正常骨量组(P<0.05)。骨质疏松组的血清MMP-9和TNF-α均高于低骨量组和正常骨量组(P<0.05),低骨量组的MMP-9和TNF-α均高于正常骨量组(P<0.05)。骨质疏松组和低骨量组的血清s BAP、血清s OC均高于低正常骨量组(P<0.05),骨质疏松组的血清s CTX高于低骨量组和正常骨量组(P<0.05),骨密度与MMP-9水平呈负相关(P<0.05),与血清s BAP呈正相关(P<0.05),与血清s OC呈正相关(P<0.05),与血清s CTX呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论男性慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清MMP-9、TNF-α升高,骨密度与血清MMP-9、TNF-α和骨转化指标有相关性。 Objective To study the relationship between serum MMP-9 and TNF-α and serum bone turnover markers in male patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Total 90 cases of male stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were enrolled into this study. Based on the results of bone mineral density tests,they were divided into osteoporosis group,low bone group and normal bone group. The levels of bone mineral density,MMP-9,TNF-α and bone turnover markers were compared and the correlation was analyzed among the three groups. Results The BMD of osteoporosis group were lower than that of low bone group and normal bone group( P 〈 0. 05),The BMD of low bone group were lower than that of normal bone group( P 〈 0. 05). Serum MMP-9 and TNF-αof osteoporosis group were higher than those of low bone group and normal bone group( P 〈 0. 05),MMP-9 and TNF-αof low bone group were lower than those of normal bone group( P 〈 0. 05). Serum s BAP and s OC of osteoporosis group and low bone group were higher than those of normal bone group( P 〈 0. 05),serum s CTX of osteoporosis Group were higher than those of low bone group and normal bone group( P 〈 0. 05). The BMD was negatively correlated with serum MMP-9( P 〈 0. 05). The BMD were positively correlated with serum s BAP( P 〈 0. 05). The BMD were positively correlated with serum s OC( P 〈 0. 05). The BMD were negatively correlated with serum s CTX( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The levels of serum MMP-9 and TNF-α are high in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,BMD is correlated with the levels of serum MMP-9 and TNF-α and bone turnover markers.
