新生代农民工市民化政策满意度及影响因素

A Study on the Degree of Satisfaction and Influencing Factors of New generation Migrant Workers Citizenization Policy

基于江西省1056位新生代农民工实地调查数据,运用有序Probit模型,对新生代农民工市民化政策满意度及影响因素进行了实证分析。研究表明,新生代农民工对市民化政策总体满意度较高,满意度由高到低依次为随迁子女受教育、稳定就业、农村土地退出、进城落户、房屋租住和社会保障政策;6个结构性核心变量对农民工市化政策总体满意度均有显著影响,稳定就业政策影响最大,进城落户政策影响最小;除婚姻和子女是否随迁外,其他个体特征和家庭特征变量均对市民化政策总体满意度产生了显著影响,其中受教育程度和家庭收入影响最大,年龄、家庭劳动力人数和政府工作成员次之,性别影响较小。

Based on field survey data of 1056 new generation migrant workers in Jiangxi Province, using the ordered Probit model, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the satisfaction degree and its influencing factors of new generation migrant workers citizenization policy. The results show that, the degree of overall satisfaction of new generation migrant workers citizenization policy is higher; the satisfaction degree from high to low is： children＇s education, stable employment, rural land exiting, settling into the city, housing rental and social security. The six structural core variables have significant influence on the overall satisfaction of migrant workers citizenization policy; stable employment policy has the greatest influence while the settling policy has the smallest influence. In addition to the migrant workers＇ marriage and children, other individual and family characteristics have significant influence on the overall satisfaction of the public policy. Education level and family income has the most significant impact; age, number of family labor force and member of government workers has the following significant impact; gender has the low significant impact.
