老年肾细胞癌患者的治疗进展
摘要
人口老龄化是我国目前所面临的一个重大人口问题，国际通行观点将年龄超过60周岁的人群称为老年人.我们结合自身临床经验及相关文献报道[1]，发现近年来老年人群中肾细胞癌（RCC）的发病数量呈明显增长趋势.RCC 的预后相对较差，大约1/3的患者在疾病确诊时已经发生远处转移，而在所有接受过治疗的患者中，约有一半的患者将发生局部复发或远处转移[2]。
