阴道转移性肾癌1例报告并文献复习

摘要 肾癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，临床表现多样，超过半数患者无原发症状[1]。自1906年首例阴道转移的肾癌病例报道以来，罕有报道。这类患者的预后差，中位生存期仅19个月[2]。我院2014年1月收治1例阴道转移性肾癌，靶向治疗后无瘤生存达23月余，现结合文献复习报告如下。
