摘要
为启发学生独立思考,增加学生在实验过程中对知识点的拓展与延伸,激发学生对科学研究的兴趣,对高分子化学基础实验-苯乙烯乳液聚合实验进行实验内容的调整。通过改变引发剂用量、乳化剂用量等因素,先思考组分改变对产物的影响,然后分组进行实验,聚合产物使用凝胶渗透色谱和激光粒度仪进行分析测试。通过结果验证和理论分析,加深学生对高分子乳液聚合机理的理解。改进后的实验教学效果良好。
In order to inspire students to think independently and expand the scope of knowledge, a- rouse students' interest in scientific research, the content of the styrene emulsion polymerization exper- iment in polymer chemistry experiment was adjusted by changing the dosage of initiator and emulsifier and grouping arrange students to experiment. Molecular weight and particle size of polymer were ana- lyzed by using gel permeation chromatography and laser particle size instrument. The improved experi- ment teaching effect is good.
