高校大型仪器设备使用效益的评价方法研究

Research on evaluate methods of large-scale equipment's utilization benefit in colleges and universities

介绍了高校开展大型仪器设备使用效益评价的原因和重要作用,分析了大型仪器设备使用效益评价包含的评价指标、指标权重和评价方法等主要内容,采用问卷调研方法确定了各个评价指标的权重,并通过案例分析,真实客观地展现了综合指数法、TOPSIS法和模糊评价法在大型仪器设备效益评价过程中的实际效果,比较分析了三种评价方法的优势和劣势,对高校建立完善的大型仪器设备绩效考核评价机制具有重要意义。

The reason and important role of use benefit evaluation of large-scale equipment in colleges and universities are introduced. The main contents of use benefits are analyzed from evaluation index, index weight and evaluation method. The weights of evaluation index are determined by using question- naire survey method. Through case analysis, the practice process and actual effect of comprehensive in- dex, TOPSIS method, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are real objectively showed. The advantages and disadvantages of the three evaluation methods are compared, which are of great significance to es- tablish and improve a perfect performance evaluation mechanism of large-scale equipment for colleges and universities.
