摘要
网络情境下的在线学习模式虽然在大量开展,但并不一定会产生明显的学习绩效。通过梳理现有学者的研究文献,发现网络情境下在线学习模式和学习者个体特征都是影响学习绩效的重要因素,为了分析它们对学习绩效造成的直接或间接的影响,进行了三者影响关系的假设,通过问卷调查,采集整理数据,对数据进行描述性统计、信度分析、效度分析、相关性及显著性分析,验证了变量和学习绩效的关系。分析得出,教师的引领通过学习者个体特征作用于学习绩效,同时,学习者个体特征对学习绩效的影响也受到内容资源的调节。文章总结了在线学习模式的各个维度与学习者个体特征对学习绩效的影响关系,并根据研究结论对在线学习中学习者的情感支持、指导互助策略提出了相关建议。
Although online learning is now very popular, it does not necessarily lead to significant improve in learning performance. This research, after a careful study of literature, found that online learning mode and individual characteristics of learners are important factors which can affect learning performance greatly. In order to analyze the direct or indirect impact of those factors, this paper put forward some assumptions about the correlation between the variables and learning performance first, and then used the data from questionnaires to verify the hypothesis by means of descriptive study, reliability analysis, principal component analysis, and correlation and significance analysis. The result shows that teachers' guidance based on individual characteristics can affect the learning performance, While the impact of individual characteristics on learning performance can be affected by learning resources. This paper summarized dimensions of online learning mode and individual characteristics which can affect learning performance, and provided some suggestions, such as giving less emotional support, but more guidance.
