大学生廉洁社团建设长效机制研究——以福州大学旗山惟廉社为例

近年来,大学生廉洁社团在国内高校悄然兴起,为大学生廉洁教育注入了新鲜活力。但由于大学生廉洁社团发展尚处于起步阶段,发展过程中尚存在一些亟待解决的问题。如何突破社团发展瓶颈,完善社团建设长效机制,成为当前大学生廉洁社团所面临的重要挑战。有必要从沟通机制、协调机制、激励机制、保障机制、考评机制、监督机制等角度入手,多措并举,构建科学、有效的大学生廉洁社团建设长效机制,进而增强社团发展的凝聚力、战斗力,创新大学生廉洁教育的方式、方法与手段。

In recent years, college students＇ integrity communities have quietly emerged in China＇s colleges and universities, which have injected fresh vitality into the clean education of university students. However, as students＇ integrity communities are at the initial stage of its development, there are problems to be solved. Therefore, it is necessary to take some measures to break through the bottleneck in the development of the integrity communities so as to improve and build a scientific and effective long-term mechanism of university students＇ integrity communities from the perspective of communication, coordination, motivation, safeguard, evaluation, supervision, etc, to enhance the communities＇ unity and effectiveness, then innovate more ways and methods for the integrity education of college students.
