摘要
本科"卓越计划"第一个实施周期已经结束,总体实施成功的同时尚存校企合作程度不足、教师实践能力不够等若干问题。与国外高等工程教育进行比较,我国的"卓越计划"应从以立法与政策促进校企深度合作、将人才培养与工程认证相结合、培养人文素质与沟通能力、构建适合社会发展需要的工程型教师队伍四个方面予以重视和提升。
The first stage of the "Excellent Program" for undergraduates has finished. Although it is successful in general, there are still some problems, for instance, the insufficient cooperation between enterprises and schools, the teachers' inadequate practical ability. Developed countries such as America, Britain, France, Germany, Russia, and Japan have gone a long way in the field of higher engineering education. They have accumulated rich experience and are well-known in the world for their excellent cultivation quality. Compared with their advanced engineering education, the "Excellent Program" in China should be further strengthened in four aspects: promoting the cooperation between enterprises and schools through legislation and policies; combining cultivating elites according to general and professional criterions with engineering certification; strengthening the humane and cultural qualities and interpersonal communication skills of the students; and constructing a team of engineering teachers who can really meet the development demands.
