摘要
本文首先对高校班级学生骨干队伍组建过程的现状进行了描述,并指出了队伍组建过程中存在着经验主义和随机性的问题。其次,结合沃顿商学院对团队建设的研究结果以及人力资源管理团队建设的基本理论,把实际暴露出的问题界定为四个人力资源管理的问题,并逐个进行了分析,提出了改进工作的建议。
This paper firstly discussed the current situation of college class cadre forming process and the problems in organizing students' class cadre team, especially those resulted from empiricism and randomness. Then, based on Wharton Business School's research on team building and the basic theories of human resources management on team construction, it analyzed the four major human resources management problems related to organizing class cadre team and put forward some strategies for improvement.
