摘要 专业双语教学是促进高等专业教育国际化和培养具有国际视野的新型专业创新人才的重要手段,基于此,作者在江南大学食品学院食品微生物学课程教学中开展了双语教学模式的探索和实践,确定了双语教学的基本内容与教学大纲,摸索了多样化的教学模式,形成了针对双语教学的教案与多媒体课件,建设了双语教学资源与素材体系,形成了以教学章节为编排单位的食品微生物学专业术语和科学名词的英语语音库,取得了良好的教学效果。 Bilingual teaching is a key way to promote the internationalization of Chinese higher education and produce novel and creative graduates with international views. Bilingual teaching has been carried out on the course of food microbiology in School of Food Science and Technology, Jiangnan University. Updated teaching contents and syllabus were reasonably selected. Diverse bilingual teaching patterns have been used, effective teaching plans and multimedia courseware developed, and a database of teaching resources and materials have been constructed. An audio database of food microbiological terms and scientific words has been established. The database is well indexed and made references to text book chapters. These teaching measures improved teaching performance.
