对一种双波带可重构频率选择表面的简化

摘要 分析了一种加载PIN二极管的可重构频率选择表面[1]的谐振特性,在保证其谐振特性不变的情况下提出了一种简化结构,并通过CST仿真和等效电路的方法对其进行了验证。与原有设计相比,该简化结构节省了制作成本,易于设计等效电路,同时也对频率选择表面的小型化设计具有重要启发。 Presented a simpler structure of a novel Reconfigurable Frequency Selective Surface (RFSS) which include a PIN diode[ 1 ] while keep the same filtering property. Results are simulated by CST,and then we proposed the equivalent circuit to prove the accuracy of this structure. Compared with the original design, simpler structure have less production cost and can design equivalent circuit more easily. At the same time, this simpler structure also have an important inspiration to the design of miniaturized frequency selective surface.
