摘要
针对山地半喂入水稻联合收割机的特点,提出一种结构简单、调节方便、可靠性高的喂入深度调节装置。该装置通过调节不同的抓取及压紧位置来实现喂入深度的调节,避免传统调节装置中因改变喂入深度调节链与夹持输送链相对位置而带来的一系列问题。本文阐述该装置的结构原理并给出相应的设计计算。
In the paper a new type feeding depth adjustment device is suggested with respect to the characteristics of semi-feeding rice combine harvester for hill regions.The device,which is simple in structure,convenient in adjustment,and high in reliability,adjusts the feeding depth by means of catching and compressing different positions,which avoids greatly a serious of issues on the traditional device.In the paper,the work principle is introduced and the relative calculation is provided.
