摘要
秸秆抛撒不均匀度是评价秸秆粉碎还田机作业质量的重要指标。本文在研究秸秆粉碎还田机工作原理的基础上,分析现行秸秆抛撒不均匀度测试方法存在的缺陷,明确秸秆抛撒不均匀度的定义,提出新的测试方法,并进行试验验证。新的测试方法在测区选择上更加合理,排除了作物秸秆分布和长势等因素的影响,能够科学地评价秸秆抛撒作业质量。
Straw scattering inhomogeneity is an important index to evaluate the working quality of smashed straw machine.In this paper,disadvantages of current test method of straw scattering inhomogeneity is analyzed based on working principle of smashed straw machine,in addition,the definition and an improved test method are put forward and be experimentally verified.The new method is more reasonable in selection of testing zone,and excludes factors such as straw distribution and growth.It can scientifically evaluate the straw scattering performance.
