摘要
物料悬浮速度是物料主要的空气动力学特性之一,是气力分选、气力输送、气力播种等装置设计的重要参考数据。针对目前测试物料悬浮速度的测试方法存在计算量大、操作复杂、造价昂贵、数据误差大等缺点。设计一种改变频率控制风速,用管道风速仪直接读取物料悬浮速度的测试装置。该装置可简单快速测出不规则形状物料颗粒的悬浮速度,大大提高测试效率,缩短设备的设计周期并为理论研究提供重要的参考依据。
Suspension velocity is one of the major aerodynamic properties of materials.It is an important reference data for the design of the device such as pneumatic sorting,pneumatic conveying and pneumatic sowing.Based on the current test method of test material suspension speed exists large amount of calculation,complex,expensive,shortcomings and so on great error in the data.In view of the testing method of measuring the suspension velocity of material,such as large amount of computation,complex operation,expensive cost and large data error,et al,we design a change frequency control wind speed,which can directly read test device by piping material suspension velocity anemometer.The device can be easily and quickly measure the suspension velocity of the material particles of irregular shape.It greatly improves test efficiency,Shorten the design cycle of the equipment and provides important reference for theoretical research.
