摘要
以稳定蓄电池荷电状态(SOC)以及合理分配系统功率为目的,提出一种应用于并联式混合动力液压挖掘机动臂系统的控制策略。研究该控制策略的具体规则,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立控制策略模型。在动力系统数学模型的基础上,利用AMESim软件建立动臂系统的仿真模型。联合仿真结果表明:应用该控制策略使得蓄电池SOC值较稳定,发动机驱动负载的多余功率由电动/发电机储存在蓄电池中,并且不足功率由电动/发电机来补充,有利于系统稳定高效地工作。
A control strategy applied in parallel hybrid hydraulic excavator boom system was proposed in order to stabilize state of charge(SOC)and match power of system reasonable.The specific rules of the control strategy were studied on,and the control strategy model was built by using MATLAB/Simulink software.The simulation model of the boom system was built by using AMESim and was based on the mathematical model of the dynamic system.The united simulation results show that the SOC of battery is more stable by using the control strategy,the excess power engine driving load is stored in the battery by electric generator/motor and the deficit power is supplemented by electric generator/motor.The control strategy can benefit the steady and efficient operation of the system.
