摘要
在太阳能晶片生产过程中,晶片计数是一个重要环节。本文针对晶片计数中存在的问题,设计一个基于图像处理的数片系统,系统由图像采集模块、图像预处理模块、运算模块、送显模块组成,为提高处理结果的准确性,本文采用平稳小波变换对图像进行降噪处理,得到较好的效果。经测试,系统准确度高,速度快,具有实用价值。
Counting process is a key part during the process of solar wafer production.This paper designed a wafer counting system based on image processing to solve the problems of counting the solar wafers.The system consists of image acquisition module,image pre-processing module,operation module,and displaying module.In order to improve the accuracy of the results,stationary wavelet transform was applied to de-noise the picture,and the experiment results showed that the system had highly accuracy,highly speed and had practical value.
