摘要 为满足环境监测对实时性和安全性的要求,提高信息化和灵活化的水平,以现场总线和Zigbee无线通讯为基础,设计并实现一种基于Zigbee无线网关的环境监测系统。在该系统中,环境数据由无线传感器发送至Zigbee无线网络,经过Zigbee网关进行协议转换并传送至Profibus总线。PLC从总线上获取环境数据,通过上位机实时显示,并根据预设的控制策略对环境做出调控。实验表明,该方案有效的解决传统环境控制系统在布线上的局限性,并且具有较高的可扩展性。 In order to meet the requirements of environmental monitoring about real-time and security,and improve the level of information and flexibility,this paper describes a new system based on fieldbus and Zigbee wireless communication.In this system,environment data will be sent to Zigbee wireless network by wireless sensor,using Zigbee gateway for protocol conversion and transfer to Profibus.PLC obtains environment data from bus,then display real-time on upper machine and according to the preset control strategy to control environment.The experiments show that the method can adapt to real-time and security and can effectively solve the limitations of data transmission on wiring.This system also has high scalability.
