摘要
以牛粪为堆肥原料,研究木醋液添加对牛粪堆肥过程传热性能的影响,并与普通堆肥进行对比。结果表明:添加木醋液的堆肥处理初始升温速率较快,在升温和高温阶段翻堆后,再次升温趋势明显大于普通堆肥及堆体空间各层温差总体小于普通堆肥。其中添加1.5%浓度木醋液堆肥处理温差最小,其次是1.0%浓度木醋液处理。温差减小有利于堆体空间温度层次效应减弱从而缩短堆肥周期;添加木醋液堆肥处理堆体空间热导率值较普通堆肥总体变大,其中1.5%浓度木醋液处理总体空间热导率最大,热导率越大,有利于整个堆肥系统热量的平衡,使堆体较快达到空间温度均匀,有利于堆肥的进行。
Using cattle manure as compost material,experiment was studied with adding wood vinegar to effect of heat transfer performance during cow dung compost,which was compared with the ordinary compost.Result showed that the initial speed of treatment groups of adding wood vinegar had a rapid rise and after turning during temperature rising period and high temperature period,warming trend was obviously higher than that of the ordinary compost and temperature difference of each layer during compost is less than ordinary compost in overall.The treatment of adding 1.5%concentration of wood vinegar had a minimum temperature difference,followed 1.0% concentration of wood vinegar.Decrease of temperature difference was conducive to weak the stratification of temperature,which shorten the composting period;space thermal conductivity values of the treatment of adding wood vinegar are larger than the ordinary compost in overall.The treatment of adding 1.5% concentration of wood vinegar had a maximum space thermal conductivity values.That thermal conductivity was high promotes heat balance of composting system,making the pile reach spatial temperature uniformity,whichwas conducive to the compost.
