基于工业设计理论的微耕机用户研究和设计需求分析

Analysis of user research and design requirement of micro tillage machine based on industrial design theory

通过收集用户信息,分析用户基本特征包括年龄分布和性别构成、文化程度和技术水平、作业习惯和安全意识;依据使用需求,将用户分为操作用户、维修或搬运用户及其他人员三类;依据使用经验,将用户分为新手用户、中级用户和专家用户三类。基于用户的基本特征,分析得出微耕机的共性设计需求;针对用户的不同类型,分析得出微耕机的不同设计需求。这些设计需求指明微耕机的改进设计方向。微耕机存在的问题是农机产品面临的共性问题,针对微耕机用户研究和设计需求分析的方法和结论同样适用于其他农机产品。

It sums up users＇ basic characteristics through collecting personal information including age and gender,education and skill,operation habits and safety awareness.According to user＇s requirement,we divide the users into three categories,operation user,maintenance or carrying user,and other people.According to user＇s experience,we classify the users into three groups,beginner,intermediate user,and expert user.In the light of the basic characteristics of the users,we summary general design requirements of mini tiller.For different user type,we concluded different design requirements of mini tiller.These requirements could instruct mini tiller＇s improvement design.In fact the design issues of mini tiller are general problems for agricultural machinery.Thus the method and conclusion of mini tiller＇s user research and design requirement analyzed could be also applied to other agricultural machinery.
