双重分割视角下城市劳动力市场工资差异比较分析——基于2013年八城市流动人口动态监测数据

Research on the Comparison of Wage Differentials under the Double Segmentation of Urban Labor Market: Based on Dynamic Monitoring & Survey Data on the Migrant Population in Eight Cities of China in 2013

本文从户籍分割和地域分割视角对城市劳动力市场进行划分,尝试分层次对农民工、外来工人和本地工人三群体工资差异做比较研究。基于2013年八城市流动人口动态监测数据和RIF回归及分解方法,得出以下结论:(1)忽略地域因素,对外来工人而言,会高估职业而低估培训、行业对其工资影响;忽略户籍因素,对农民工而言,会高估垄断行业而低估教育、好职业对其工资的影响。(2)回归结果显示,技能培训对农民工群体各工资分位点影响显著;教育年限对三类群体影响存在差异。(3)分解结果显示,工资总体差异主要由工资差异中的不合理部分构成,这种趋势在高分位点处更为明显,其他统计量分解结果也支持以上结论。高低分位点工资差异的拉大是造成整体工资差异拉大主要原因。

This paper divides the urban labor market into three parts（rural migrants、urban migrants and urban locals）from perspectives of census registration and regions,which provides the basic condition for the three parts comparison analysis. Based on the data from dynamic monitoring＆survey data on the migrant population in eight cities of China in2013,and by use of the method of RIF regression and decomposition,we have conclusions as follows：（1）The results show that,ignoring regions effect,the results exaggerate the good occupation and underestimate training、the industry factors influence on the urban migrants;Ignoring census registration effect,the results exaggerate the monopoly industry and underestimate education 、 good occupation factors influence on the rural migrants.（2）The regression results show that training plays an crucial rule on wage for the rural migrants;Education have different effect for different labor types.（3）The decomposition results show that the unreasonable part effect is largely responsible for the total wage differentials,which is obviously in the high quantile. The difference between high quantile and low quantile is the main reason for the widening wage differentials.
