摘要
根据光电耦合器6N136的性能及结构,结合瑞萨单片机,为提高空调控制系统中单片机通信可靠性与抗干扰能力而探讨一种光电隔离、优化软件编程的设计方法,重点阐述该系统的硬件构成和软件设计过程,并给出硬件接口框图和软件流程图。结合软件评估技术,提高控制系统安全可靠性能。
According to the properties and structure of the photoelectric coupler 6N136, combined with renesas MCU,to improve the communication reliability and anti-in- terference ability of single chip microcomputer for air-conditioning control system, one kind of design method which can realize photoelectric isolation and optimization of soft- ware programming is discussed. The hardware constitution and software design process of the system are focused on,and the block diagram of hardware interface and software flow chart are given. Combined the technology of software evaluation, the safety and reliability of control system are improved.
