摘要
为了分析密封性对某汽车空调用多流程平行流冷凝器换热性能及风阻的影响,在不同迎面风速下,分别对汽车发动机散热器与冷凝器之间不采取密封措施和采用海绵条密封2种方案进行对比试验。结果表明:与高风速相比,低风速下密封对冷凝器换热性能影响较大,而风阻增量变化不大。因此,在设计平行流冷凝器时,应合理选择其参数,尽可能优化和提升低迎面风速时的换热性能。
In order to analyze the effects of sealing on the heat transfer performance and wind resistance of multi-flow parallel flow condenser for motor vehicle air-condition- ing, under various wind speeds, the comparative tests are eondueted through adopting sealing measure with sponge bars between the engine radiator and condenser or not. The results show that the sealing under low wind speed has greater effects on the condenser's heat transfer performance than that under high wind speed, while the wind resistance hardly increases. Thus, it should select reasonable parameters during the design of parallel flow condenser, and it's necessary to optimize and improve the heat transfer performance under low wind speed.
