上海电力发展基态指数的构建与分析

Construction and Analysis of Shanghai Power Development Basic State Index

基于层次分析法并经一致性检验递阶型相关指标等效权重,构建了反映近十年上海电力发展基本态势的指标矩阵,从而得出以年为单位的上海电力发展基态指数(BSI)值及其曲线;还进行"底层"指标的优化组合和相关指标灵敏度分析,并提出对电力发展基态指数解读方式的分析建议。

Based on the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and the hierarchical correlation index equivalent weights for consistency checking, this paper builds up the index matrix reflecting the basic situation of Shanghai electric power development in the recent decade, and obtains the basic state index （BSI） value and curve per year of Shanghai electric power development; It also makes optimal combination of the ＂bottom＂ index and the sensitivity analysis of the related indicators, and proposes some suggestions on the BSI reading method analysis.
