摘要 在智能电网技术的快速发展下,特大型城市电网对电力调度操作及运行管理要求日益提高、分析计算工作量快速增大,为确保特大型城市电网安全、稳定运行,且适应和支撑特大型城市智能电网的发展,势必需要建设新一代电网调度智能技术支持系统。以中国广州特大型城市电网为研究对象,分析了广州电网现状及发展中所面临的形势,结合智能电网技术、信息技术等技术的快速发展,提出了电网调度技术支持系统发展方向,并对其建设工作进行合理筹划,明确建设内容及技术支持系统建设中的关键技术,以适应"调控一体化、主配网一体化、市场化支持"的整体业务需求,为新一代电网调度智能技术支持系统发展进行理论探索和实践、积累经验。 With the rapid development of smart grid technology, mega city grid poses higher requirements for power dispatching operation and operation management; consequently analysis and calculation workload increases rapidly. In order to ensure the safe and stable grid operation, and support and adapt to the smart grid development in mega cities, it is essential to build a new-generation power grid dispatching intelligent technology support system. This paper analyzes the present situation and the development of Guangzhou power grid. And in combination with the smart grid technology and the information technology, it proposes the grid dispatching technology support system development trend, and it makes reasonable construction planning, defining the construction contents and the key techniques in the technical support system. This research aims to adapt to the overall business needs: "dispatching-monitoring integration, main gird-distribution grid integration, market support", providing a theoretical exploration and practice and accumulating experience for developing a new-generation grid dispatching intelligent technology support system.
