金天格胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗类风湿性关节炎合并骨质疏松的疗效观察

Efficacy of Jintiange capsule combined with alendronate treatment for rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis

目的：探讨金天格胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗类风湿性关节炎合并骨质疏松的疗效观察。方法：选取2013年4月~2015年9月我院收治的类风湿性关节炎合并骨质疏松患者86例,按随机数字表法分为联合组（n=44）和对照组（n=42）,对照组均予以常规药物和阿仑膦酸钠治疗,联合组在上述治疗的基础上加金天格胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果：联合组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为90.91%（40/44）、73.81%（31/42）,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者髋部、腰椎骨密度均较治疗前显著改善,联合组改善更为显著（P〈0.05）;两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：金天格胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗可显著提高类风湿性关节炎合并骨质疏松的治疗效果,显著改善骨密度,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective： To discuss efficacy of Jintiange Capsule combined with alendronate treatment for rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis. Methods： 86 cases of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis were selected and randomly divided into combinational group （n = 44） and control group （n=42）, patients on control group received routine drug and alendronate, and combinational group received Jintiange capsule on the basis of the above treatment. The effect were compared between the two groups. Results ： The total effective rate of combinational group and control group were 90.91% （40/44）, 73.81% （31/42）, with statistically significant difference between groups （P〈0.05）; The hip and lumbar bone mineral density of both groups were significant improved, and combinational group improved more （P〈0.05）; There was not statistically significant difference on adverse effects rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Jintiange capsule combined with alendronate treatment for patients with rheumatoid arthritis with osteoporosis can significantly increase the treatment effect, can significantly improved bone density, have good security, worthy of clinical application.
