Comments and Analysis of 3180 Outpatient Prescriptions

目的：通过对门诊处方的点评分析,了解门诊处方的使用情况,进一步促进临床合理用药。方法：随机抽取2013年1~6月总共3180张处方进行统计、分析。结果：不合理处方246张,其中不规范处方164张,占5.16%;不适宜处方61张,占1.92%;超常处方21张,占0.66%,处方合理率为92.2%。结论：处方质量有待提高,院方应加大处方管理力度,切实落实临床用药督导制度,规范医院合理用药。

Objective ：To understand the basic situation and promote rational drug use by means of comments on prescriptions. Methods： 3180 outpatient prescriptions from January to June 2013 were sampled for conducting the statistical analysis. Results ：246 prescriptions were unqualified, nonstandard 164 （5.16%）, inappropriate 61 （ 1.92% ）, supernormal 21 （0.66%） and the rate of rational prescription was 92.2%. Conclusion：The outpatient prescriptions have a poor quality and need to improve.Management on the quality of prescriptions should be intensified and really practice the supervision and direction system of clinical medication to standardize the rational medication in hospital.
