14例卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的MRI表现及诊断分析

MRI manifestation and diagnostic analysis of 14 cases of ovarian theca

目的:分析卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的MRI表现及其病理基础。方法:选取我院经手术病理证实,临床资料完整的卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤患者14例为研究对象,对其MRI资料,病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果:13例为单发,共21个病灶均为实质性肿块,平均直径(6.3±1.1)cm,包膜完整清楚呈圆形,边界清晰。T1WI均呈等信号,T2WI呈明显低信号或云絮状高信号。增强期肿块强化为明显低信号。所有患者病理结果均未见肿大淋巴结。镜下瘤细胞由成束的短梭形细胞组成,胞质由于含脂质而呈空泡状。结论:MRI影像与OT的病理较为符合,有助于OT术前准确诊断。

Objective： To analyze the MRI manifestation and pathologic basis of ovarian thecoma （OT）. Methods： Fourteen cases of OT pathologically confirmed with complete clinical information were selected as the research subject and their MRI and pathological data were retrospectively analyzed. Results： There were 13 cases of solitary tumor and total 21 substantive tumor lesions with the average diameter of （6.3~ 1.1） cm and a complete and round envelope. T 1WI presented in isointense, T2WI showed obviously low signal or cottony clouds hypointense. After contrast was enhanced, the tumor displayed obviously low signal. There were no lymph nodes found in all the pathological results. Tumor cells were composed of short bundles of spindle cells and the cytoplasmic presented as vacuolization owing to containing lipid. Conclusion： MRI imaging is accord with the pathologic results of OT, this is of benefit to the accurate diagnosis of OT before surgery.
