摘要
目前水溶法是开采低品位固体钾矿的最好方法,本研究利用自制溶解驱动装置进行溶解驱动正交试验,分析得出不同影响因素对溶解效果的影响显著性依次为:补卤量>补卤速度>采卤速度。研究结果表明,采用正交试验所得最佳条件组合为:补卤速度100m/h、补卤量0.020m^3/h、采卤速度125m/h,对矿体进行补卤,溶解效果明显,值得进一步开展工程化研究。
At present,solution mining method is the best way to exploit the low-grade solid potash.By the orthogonal dissolving-driving test using self-designed dissolving-driving device,the influence significance of different factors on the solution effect was analyzed to be brine adding volume 〉 brine adding velocity〉 brine mining velocity.The study showed that the solution effect is obvious with the best combination of brine adding volume being 0.020 m^3/h,adding brine adding velocity 100 m/h and brine mining velocity 125m/h by the orthogonal dissolving-driving test,which is worthy of making further engineering.
